Our web development and design services are custom-tailored to each client's specific requirements. As such, these services are created specifically for you and may not be suitable for other clients.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of service completion, provided that the services have not been fully delivered or used. Once services have been delivered and accepted, refunds are generally not available.
In cases where a project is terminated before completion, refunds will be calculated based on work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project and work already completed. Any cancellation must be communicated in writing to ensure proper processing.
Our web development and design packages include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees. We work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction within the agreed revision scope.
If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Most concerns can be addressed through revisions or adjustments to the project.
